The present invention relates to an expression construct for interleukin-2 for a yeast, and a yeast containing the same, wherein the expression construct for interleukin-2 for a yeast comprises: a methanol oxidase promoter; a human serum albumin or a fragment gene thereof; and an interleukin-2 gene. The expression construct for interleukin-2 for a yeast according to the present invention allows to obtain a fusion protein by secretory expression involving a human serum albumin (HSA) with low costs, and allows to easily separate a recombinant interleukin-2 therefrom, thereby being useful for mass production of a recombinant interleukin-2 protein with high purity.
