The present invention relates to an air aid device for joints of leg, waist, and knee using an air rod which includes an air rod having predetermined intervals from inside or outside body in a longitudinal (vertical) direction so that a wearer puts on the device like pants, thereby alleviating pain and impact on the joints of leg, waist, and knee, thus the air aid device can assist even a person who feels uncomfortable on waist, legs, or knees, to stand and walk. The air aid device of the present invention comprises a body formed to be worn like pants or suspender pants by a wearer; an air rod configured to have predetermined intervals from inner or outside body in a longitudinal (vertical) direction; an air inlet for injecting air into the air rod; a band arranged on at least one place of the leg of the body, and surroundedly fastening the leg of the wearer; and a fixing means arranged at both ends of the band, and adjusting and fixing the length of the band.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
