Provided are a device and a method for testing a shield tunnel mock-up considering both underground earth pressure and pore water pressure according to draining conditions, wherein in a tunnel lining being constructed by a shield method, pressure and inner stress exerted on the tunnel lining under various on-site conditions can be analyzed by changing underground stress using a hydraulic device and arbitrarily changing draining conditions using inner-pipe shield tunnel mock-ups under draining conditions and non-draining conditions so as to simulate shield-method tunnels under draining conditions and non-draining conditions being constructed underground. The device for testing a shield tunnel mock-up considering both underground earth pressure and pore water pressure according to draining conditions comprises: an earth tank composed of a lower plate, a body and an upper plate; an outer-pipe shield tunnel mock-up inserted through an insertion hole formed on the earth tank; inner-pipe shield tunnel mock-ups under draining conditions and non-draining conditions; a hydraulic pressure loading device for adjusting a load exerted on the outer-pipe shield tunnel mock-up or the inner-pipe shield tunnel mock-ups; a water pressure adjusting device for adjusting water pressure exerted on the inner-pipe shield tunnel mock-ups under draining conditions and non-draining conditions; and a measurement device for measuring earth pressure and water pressure applied on the inner-pipe shield tunnel under draining conditions and non-draining conditions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
