The present invention relates to a technology to receive an image data of the surroundings of a salt water sprinkler installed in a remote place through the Internet, monitor by IP camera which shot the image data, control the operation of the salt water sprinkler remotely through the Internet, and provide the image data of the surroundings of the salt water sprinkler through the Internet according to the request of a client of each region who takes charge of the site of the salt water sprinkler. In particular, the system of the present invention records and manages the operation time for which the salt water sprinkler of the pertinent region has operated and the quantity of sprayed salt water according to a request of a client of each region, and, when there is a request of a client of each region, provides information on the operation time and the quantity of sprayed salt water of the pertinent salt water sprinkler to the pertinent client of each region. According to the present invention, the system of the present invention provides the pertinent image data for a client of each region who takes charge of a specific site, thereby enabling the client of each region to perform a subordinate work based on accurate information when performing the subordinate work on a site with snow.
