The present invention relates to an electromagnetic wave absorber metamaterial including a plurality of meta atoms capable of absorbing electromagnetic waves in a dual region using a multiple Plasmon resonance phenomenon generated without the dependency of the polarization of an inputted electromagnetic wave. The meta atom according to the present invention removes the dependency of the polarization of the inputted electromagnetic wave and completely absorbs the electromagnetic waves in a plurality of specific frequency domains. Thereby, the metamaterial including the same is used in various fields like the electromagnetic wave absorber. Also, the electromagnetic wave absorber metamaterial according to the present invention reduces metamaterial manufacturing costs by manufacturing the metamaterial with only the conductor and the dielectric material.
