The present invention relates to a constant temperature and humidity control system with a water leakage preventing function, aiming to provide a constant temperature and humidity control system with a water leakage preventing function, which is capable of preventing condensation liquid water and condensate water from leaking to the outside of the constant temperature and humidity control system and improving heat exchange efficiency by preventing the condensation liquid water generated from a heat exchanger in the constant temperature and humidity control system and guiding the condensate water generated at the back of the heat exchanger to a condensate water collecting tank. The constant temperature and humidity control system comprises: a main body which includes a return grille and a discharge grille and has a predetermined space inside thereof; a blower which is in an upper part inside the space of the main body to face the discharge grille; a heat exchange which is in a lower part of inside the space of the main body to face the return grille; a heat loss preventing unit which is connected to the head side and band side of the heat exchanger to seal a supply head, a return head, and a return band; a condensate water collecting tank which is installed at the lower part in the space of the main body to be positioned below the heat exchanger; and a condensate water preventing board which is connected to a back case of the main body to be positioned at the back and guides condensate water scattered toward the back (B) of the heat exchanger into the condensate water collecting tank. Thus, condensation liquid water is prevented from being formed at the head side and band sides of the heat exchanger, and the condensate water flying toward the back of the heat exchanger is collected in the condensate water collecting tank.
