Disclosed is a friction electrical energy generation device wherein ferroelectric properties and electrostatic properties are coupled. The friction electrical energy generation device wherein ferroelectric properties and electrostatic properties are coupled comprises: a lower electrode; a first frictional charged body arranged on the lower electrode; a plurality of ferroelectric material layers formed of a material having charging characteristics the same with the first frictional charged body, inserted into the first frictional charged body at a distance away from the upper surface of the first frictional charged body, and poled respectively; a second frictional charged body located on the ferroelectric material layer, repeating a contact and non-contact states with the ferroelectric material layer and the first frictional charged body at the same time, and formed of a material having charging characteristics opposite to the charging characteristics of the ferroelectric material layer and the first frictional charged body; and an upper electrode arranged on the second frictional charged body. If the second frictional charged body is not in contact with the ferroelectric material layer and the first frictional charged body after a contact state, frictional electricity is generated.
