The present invention relates to a renal cell carcinoma cell line, and more specifically, to a sunitinib-resistant renal cell carcinoma cell line. According to the present invention, a sunitinib-resistant renal cell carcinoma cell line is provided to be used for exploring the drug resistance mechanism of sunitinib, and to be used for screening new anti-cancer drugs which are capable of treating cancer having resistance to sunitinib.
