The present invention relates to an optical plasmonic waveguide using plasmonic coupling between a nano-aperture and a nanoparticle. The optical plasmonic waveguide using plasmonic coupling between a nano-aperture and a nanoparticle comprises: a nano-aperture with a nano-scale opening where the light is incident to; a dielectric layer bound with the surface of the nano-aperture for protecting the nano-aperture; and a single metal nanoparticle placed at the focus of the nano-aperture for generating plasmonic coupling with the light emitted from the nano-aperture. The optical plasmonic waveguide using plasmonic coupling between a nano-aperture and a nanoparticle of the present invention can form a small and strong light spot with a high intensity and a high density of a sub-wavelength whose amplification factor compared with the incident light is increased hundreds of times or more on the emitting surface of the nanoparticle as light is conveyed by plasmonic coupling between the nano-aperture and the nanoparticle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
