The present invention relates to hair extensions which are configured to be braided with real hair after knotted with each other, to have various hair styles even with short hairs, and to a method for manufacturing the hair extensions and a method for bonding the hair extensions. The hair extensions comprise: a first hair extension portion consisting of a plurality of hair extension strands having a predetermined size; a second hair extension portion consisting of a plurality of hair extension strands at both sides with respect to a central part thereof, respectively, and for knotting the central part thereof with an upper end part of the first hair extension portion to be bonded with a portion of real hairs of a patient to cross each other by a predetermined length; and a fixing portion for fixing a portion of the part where the real hairs and the second hair extension portion are bonded.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
