The present invention relates to a multilayer film including a double layer of a conjugated polymer layer and a reduced graphene oxide (RGO) layer, and a method for manufacturing the same. The multilayer film including a double layer of a conjugated polymer layer and a reduced graphene oxide layer is manufactured by exposing the multilayer film including a double layer of a conjugated polymer-precursor layer and a graphene oxide (GO) layer to an evaporated reductant solution including halogen elements, which makes the process simple, enables mass production, and especially is applicable to a flexible substrate. Moreover, the film can be used for an optoelectronic device due to exhibiting high photoconductivity and photoresponsiveness.
