The present invention relates to a plate spring inspection method. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the plate spring inspection method automating a work measuring a free height and a span of the plate spring and automatically determining whether there is a failure of the plate spring. To achieve the purpose, the present invention comprises the steps of: (S1) obtaining height information with respect to each point positioned on the surface of the plate spring; (S2) drawing coordinates with respect to each point; (S3) drawing the coordinates of an end point of a front end part of the plate spring, the end point of the rear end part, the maximum height point of the front end part, the maximum height point of the rear end part, the center point of a center hole; (S4) calculating an inclined angle of the plate spring; (S5) obtaining a vertical line passing through the center point of the center hole; (S6) drawing the coordinates of the intersection point of the straight line and the vertical line; (S7) calculating the free height of the plate spring; (S8) calculating an entire length of the plate spring and calculating the span of the plate spring; and (S9) comparing the free height and the span with a predetermined reference value of a product having a good quality to determine whether there is the failure of the plate spring.
