Disclosed is a method for predicting a users dangerous situation based on location and terminal information comprising: a step (a) of mounting a battery check function, an impact recognition function, and a use state collection function on a portable terminal through an application, and setting a level of sharing collected information; a step (b) of calculating a degree of danger by measuring acceleration and terminal information in real time by the portable terminal; a step (c) of outputting recognition data by recognizing one among whether of intentional separation of a battery, whether of an impact by a safety accident, and whether of disuse caused by a natural disaster by the portable terminal; a step (d) of determining whether of a users danger possible state by calculating a degree of danger according to preset coverage by applying location information of the portable terminal and the measured acceleration and terminal information from a server; and a step (d) of outputting a danger possible state message by the server if it is determined that the user is in possible danger. The present invention has effects of certainly ensuring personal protection of a user by predicting and preventing the current and future dangerous situations of users in various industries and various levels of society, being easily signed up by an organization such as businesses, schools, etc., being used by easily downloading a program by anyone, and quickly sharing information, which is set and disclosed by a user, with a guardian or the like.
