Provided is an ozone treatment device for a fish farm using mass transfer and reaction, which is harmless to fishes as a bromine oxide, a poisonous substance, is not generated when applying the properties of ozone to farm water, is free from pathogens, insect pests, harmful algae and the like, and supplies farm water having energy of good quality by oxidizing and decomposing ammonia and organic matters and increasing dissolved oxygen (DO). Therefore, the ozone treatment device can economically produce eco-friendly clean fishes which does not use antibiotics or disinfectants at all and has high breeding density and almost no mortality by increasing the fundamental immune system of fishes. The ozone treatment device of the present invention comprises: an intake pipe installed in an intake station; a transport pump which is connected to first and second main supply units and supplies farm water of the intake pipe to a farm water tank; a first ozone injection unit which disperses nano-converted ozone inside the intake pipe; a second ozone injection unit which is provided in a second main supply pipe and injects the nano-converted ozone into the farm water; an ozone generator which supplies ozone to the first and second ozone injection units; and a mass transfer and reaction unit which is provided in the second main supply pipe after the second ozone injection unit and performs mass transfer and reaction for the farm water and the nano-converted ozone.
