A three dimensional scanner capable of acquiring a image free of a ghost image according to the present invention comprises: a projector (100) having a projector lens (110) disposed on a front surface thereof to emit pattern light onto a target body through the projector lens (110); a camera (200) having a camera lens (210) disposed on a front surface thereof to sense a two dimensional image formed by reflection light reflected on the target body by the pattern light and transmitted through the camera lens (210); an optical system (300) to control the pattern light emitted from the projector (100) onto the target body and the reflection light reflected on the target body by the pattern light; and a housing (600) to accommodate the projector (100), the camera (200), and the optical system (300). The optical system (300) is arranged to form a tilting angle of 5 to 40 with a pattern light propagation direction to the left or right relative to a vertical direction.
