According to an embodiment of the present invention, a magnetic helical robot having a double body structure includes: an outer body including a protrusion in the spiral shape, formed on a circumferential side of the outside, and a space part formed in the hollow shape therein; an inner body which is rotatably inserted in the space part; an external magnet which is inserted and arranged in the outer body and controls rotation operation of the outer body by an external magnetic field; and an internal magnet which is inserted and arranged in the inner body and controls rotation operation of the inner body by the external magnetic field.
