A highly-efficient flash jet mixer using a semi-open impeller of the present invention comprises: a motor for rotating an impeller; a shaft connected to a rotation axis of the motor; a bearing unit which is coupled to the outer side of the shaft and has a bearing installed therein to enable the shaft to be rotated; an induction port which is coupled to the bearing unit from the outer side of the shaft and has a drug insertion hole; a labyrinth sealing unit which is provided on one side of the shaft inside the induction port; a nozzle folder coupled to the induction port; a base which is rotated by being coupled to an end of the shaft; an impeller having a wing formed on one side of the base in the radial direction; an end cap formed at the other end of the motor; and an eye bolt unit coupled to the end cap.
