The present invention relates to a device for orthodontic treatment comprising: a wire for orthodontic treatment; a coating agent coated on the outer surface of the wire; and a fixating unit fixating the wire coated with the coating agent on the surface of the teeth, whereas fixating the wire to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the wire, wherein the coating agent coated on the wire is removed from the wire after the fixating unit is covered and as a result, a clearance gap may occur between the fixating unit and the wire, thereby realizing precise and smooth orthodontic treatment by such a configuration.
