The present invention is a hearing aid capable of a self-hearing test and self-fitting, and a self-fitting system using the same. The self-hearing test and self-fitting system using the hearing aid includes: a signal generation unit which receives a command from an external terminal and enables a receiver to generate a signal having a constant frequency and a fixed size; a hearing storage unit which receives audibility of the signal generated from the signal generation unit from the external terminal and stores user hearing; and a fitting unit which adjusts output of a sound according to the user hearing. The self-fitting and self-hearing test system realizes accurate hearing measurement by directly measuring the user hearing through the hearing aid and includes the hearing aid enabling frequent hearing measurement with ease and having the fitting of the hearing aid automatically adjust according to the user hearing and a control terminal including the hearing aid, a connection detecting unit, a hearing examination unit, and an accurate fitting unit, thereby enabling more accurate adjustment of sound for the hearing aid.
