The present invention relates to a ′gold queen no. 3′ which is a novel variety of unhulled rice having a low amylose and a method for breeding same. A gold queen no. 3 which is a novel variety of unhulled rice having a low amylose content of the present invention has high eating quality measured by a toyo taste meter as well as having scented rice properties and low amylose properties and can greatly contribute to increase the income of farms which cultivate rice because of having more excellent cultivation stability, yield ability and taste of cooked rice than a conventional variety of rice.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
