A PET-MRI apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. A Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) having a cylindrical structure or a dipole structure including a solenoid coil and a magnetic field correction coil, and a cylindrical shape forming a PET image sensor electrode on one side and the other side of a donut shape PET or Positron Emission Tomography (PET) with a structure or lattice structure, and PET is formed inside the MRI so that the electric field direction of the PET and the magnetic field direction of the MRI are parallel.;
