The present invention relates to an LED lighting device with flexibility for uniform light distribution and a method thereof, more specifically, to an LED lighting device with flexibility for uniform light distribution and a method thereof which form a heat radiating unit by fine metal lines to freely change the heat radiating unit according to the shape of an LED module to enable uniform light distribution and make the LED lighting device light wherein the heat radiating unit is formed on a rear surface of an LED module. The LED lighting device comprises: the LED module bendable in an arch shape wherein a plurality of LEDs are formed on a front surface of the LED module; the heat radiating unit formed by fine metal lines; and a hard case for housing the LED module and the heat radiating unit. The heat radiating unit directly radiates heat generated in the LED wherein the heat radiating unit is attached to a rear surface of the LED module.
