The present invention has a purpose of providing a fine blanking mold mounted with a mold module which reduces a time for exchange by disassembling only a part rather than disassembling an entire mold when exchanging a piercing punch. According to the present invention, in a fine blanking mold composed of an upper mold and a lower mold which are respectively installed to an upper holder and a lower holder and upwardly and downwardly connected with a guide post, the fine blanking mold mounted with the mold module is configured in a method comprising: a piercing module mold detachably inserted and installed in the inside of the upper mold; a piecing punch mounted to the piercing module mold; and the piercing punch downwardly protruded on a lifting of the lower holder, thus fabricating a plate to be seated between the upper mold and the lower mold.
