The modular technical system has one or more exchangeable standard-foot sole-mold-modules (17) provided as standardized components in designated zone (16) of a foot sole-mold (15). The standard-modules suitable to orthopedic aspects for respective zone of patient-foot are mounted zone-wise successively in a series or partially adjacent to the modular foot sole-mold along a longitudinal axis (22) of the foot sole-mold. Upper sides of the standard-module are designed as negative to the corresponding zones of the foot of the subsequent carrier of inlay soles depending on the shoe size and zones.
