The present invention relates to a method for preparing anti-obesity functional tea containing fermented ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer) leaves, lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) leaves, and green tea (Camellia sinensis) as active ingredients, and to anti-obesity functional tea prepared by using the method. More specifically, the method includes the steps of: fermenting ginseng leaves; drying and roasting the fermented ginseng leaves; drying and roasting lotus leaves; drying and roasting green tea; and mixing the roasted and fermented ginseng leaves, lotus leaves, and green tea in the ratio of 3:4:3. The anti-obesity functional tea prepared by the method according to the present invention has an activity of inhibiting lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 cell lines.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
