The present invention relates to a method for repairing a cross-sectional surface of a reinforced concrete structure using a functional mortar composition for repairing cross-sectional surface of a reinforced concrete structure. The purpose of the present invention is to stably prevent an exposed reinforced steel bar of a repaired portion from being corroded due to salt immersion. To achieve the purpose, according to the present invention, the present invention comprises the steps of: removing damaged concrete; cleaning the concrete surface and the surface of the exposed reinforced steel bar; applying an anti-corrosive reductant to the steel bar surface; applying primer to the steel bar and a concrete structure; forming a functional mortar composition for repairing a cross-sectional surface to repair; and coating the surface which is exposed to the outside.
