FABRICATION METHOD OF WOVEN CARBON FIBER COMPOSITE LAMINATES MODIFIED INTERLAMINAR RESISTIVE HEATING WITH ZNO NANORODS AND THE SAME COMPOSITE LAMINATES
The present invention relates to a fabrication method of woven carbon fiber composite laminates having interlaminar resistive heat modified by a zinc oxide nanorod, and to composite laminates of the same. A heat is detected in an interlaminar area of ZnO/woven carbon fiber composite laminates. In the ZnO/woven carbon fiber composite laminates, the interlaminar area formed in a ZnO nanostructure arrangement planted on a woven carbon fiber sheet interacts with a thermosetting vinyl ester resin. The ZnO nanostructure arrangement is formed into nanorods (NRs) by using a hydrothermal process. In the present invention, a temperature profile is analyzed by a temporal function in three regions for examining electrical resistive heat movement of the interlaminar area. The morphological structure of ZNO NRs is examined by using a scanning electron microscope, and X-ray diffraction analysis is used in presenting characteristics of crystallinity and concentration of ZnO.
