The present invention relates to a flexible supercapacitor having carbon nanotube electrodes formed, wherein high capacitance and low electrolytic resistance can be embodied, a manufacturing process time is short, and it is possible to uniformly control the carbon nanotube electrodes at the time of manufacturing. Particularly, the flexible supercapacitor having the carbon nanotube electrodes formed comprises: a pair of carbon nanotube spread PET electrodes which include a polyethylene terephthalate substrate, a metal layer deposited on an upper surface of the polyethylene terephthalate substrate, and a carbon nanotube ink layer applied onto an upper surface of the metal layer in a spray manner; a pair of separators which are inserted and positioned between the pair of carbon nanotube spread PET electrodes by facing the opposite directions of each other and positioned in parallel to each other; and an electrolyte which is positioned between the pair of separators.
