1. Packer site for use in an underground well, comprising a sealing element for the annular space; and at least one end ring having, on its main part of the plate, displaced radially outward when the sealing element extends outward in the radial direction. The packer assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing element swells upon contact with the desired fluid in the well. The packer assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the removable part of the end ring is coupled to the main part of the end ring by means of locking profiles. The packer assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the plates are located on top of the sealing element. The packer assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the end ring has a sleeve provided with plates formed on it, which are offset in the circumferential direction relative to the plates of the main part of the end ring. The packer assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one line passes through the sealing element and the end ring. The packer assembly according to claim 6, characterized in that the line passes through an opening bounded by the main part of the end ring and the removable part of the end ring. A method of sealing the annular space in an underground well, in which the plates are placed next to each other in the circumferential direction so that they extend over the sealing element of the packer assembly radially outwardly; and provide bending of the plates outward in the radial direction when the sealing element swells.
