1. A method for the simultaneous operation of drives for moving at least two movable aerodynamic surfaces of an aircraft, including: - controlling drives for moving movable aerodynamic surfaces in the direction of a given position; - detecting, during movement, the slowest drive; and - adaptation of the drive control to fit it under the action of the slowest drive. 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the drive reaches a predetermined position, this drive is stopped and braked to hold it in a predetermined position. The method according to claim 1, wherein each drive comprises an electric motor, the method comprising the step of detecting a failure due to a combination of at least some of the following parameters: position of the aerodynamic surface; engine position; motor power supply current; drive load 4. The method according to claim 3, in which each drive contains a brake, while the parameters used in the failure detection mode also contain a braking torque. The method according to claim 3, in which, in case of failure of at least one of the drives, all the drives are stopped.
