Asynchronous welding generator with three three-phase windings on the stator, one of which - the excitation winding has terminals for connecting the capacitor excitation, the other winding - operating, the start phases which are terminals for connecting the rectifier with the welding electrode to the DC circuit, and the ends of the operating winding phases are connection terminals for compounding capacitors connected in delta, another working winding, which ends phases are terminals for connecting a three-phase variable inductance, and the start f al have terminals for connection of a further rectifier, whose output is connected in parallel with the output of the rectifier included in the operating coil circuit with compounding capacitors, characterized in that only the working coil is connected in star or delta, the terminals of this winding are connected in series compounding capacitors, the first phase a rectifier which is connected to the output of the smoothing choke and the welding electrode and to the terminals of the branches of fewer working windings serial- no connected compounded adjustable throttle (inductance) and the second three-phase rectifier, whose output is connected in parallel with the output of the first rectifier.
