Stove-steaming chamber consisting of a casing, arranged therein purse and tubes with perforations, comprising a filler neck, drain valve, a cap with a hatch, a lever with electric, hydraulic levers and a timer, characterized in that it allows to achieve economic efficiency and to combine two technological process (cooking and steaming) based on the method of heating water during cooking steam fed directly into the water after draining allow the cooking liquid to ensure removal of starch paste in processes the products in pouch steaming, preventing retrogradation process.
