The invention relates to the field of operation of oil and gas wells, including multilateral, namely controls mechanized mining equipment and monitoring downhole parameters. Problem to be solved is to provide efficient wireless inductive communication between electronic modules arranged stationarily in a multilateral well with common electronic transmission module (parent telemetry). SUMMARY: The device contains electronic modules downhole parameters measurement and control equipment for the operation of valves (electronic units), provided with independent power supply and a means of wireless communication with common electronic transceiver module with battery and dipole emitter of electromagnetic waves (parent telemetry) mounted on the pump- compressor tubes (CNT) in the main bore, wherein the electronic modules installed in lateral wellbores and stationary autonomously, but a means used sprovodnoy connection of electronic modules with the parent telemetry system configured as a wireless inductive coupling, wherein the parent telemetry system comprises a receiver, the transmitter, a microcontroller with a precision chronometer and the block of half-duplex wireless inductive communication, and electronic modules are provided with blocks of half-duplex wireless inductive coupling and microcontrollers furthermore , blocks of half-duplex wireless communication transformer electronic modules located on a half-duplex block demon rovodnoy inductive coupling maternal telemetry system at a distance that ensures the implementation of inductive coupling between them.
