The invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, namely to designs of research vessels of the fishing fleet, designed to prevent damage to water biological resources (FBG), to ensure their rational use, of fair icthyological control and management of all research vessels (RV) are in the field. The vessel contains a specialized laboratory, analysis center, and placed them in the Convention's, scientific, special, commercial, and communications equipment, forming a loop of scientific fisheries research. New is that board research management center is further provided with at least three functional circuits, namely: a navigation circuit propulsion and dynamic positioning of the vessel; loop field-navigation information and communications loop. The utility model can improve the quality of the collection, processing and visualization of scientific data, expand functionality and to reduce non-productive loss of working time when the NIS fisheries research.
