FIELD: mining.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to coal mining industry, and namely to a plasmochemical coal processing method and device. A method involves coal processing in a reactor in a continuous and in a pulse-periodic plasma maintaining mode, which includes a chamber for formation of a film flow of liquid medium, an internal electrode, and external electrode, an inlet nozzle, an electric discharge chamber, a liquid component flow outlet, a gaseous component flow outlet; with that, as liquid medium there used is cinder in a hydrogen-containing solvent, including with content of gaseous components, feeding of the obtained raw material to a receiving tank, its separation into fractions, separation of a liquid product, removal from a gaseous fraction of sorption wastes by sorption cleaning, removal from the liquid fraction of wastes of solid fractions, repeated direction of unspent raw material to a preparation chamber for further processing and mixing with liquid and/or gaseous substances-donors of hydrogen in the ratio allowing to achieve in the mixture the hydrogen/carbon molar ratio of more than 1, at the values of specific heat input, which exceed 1 kW per m3, electric field intensity of more than 1 kV per mm and raw material temperatures of 100-400°C, and action on the raw material with products of low-temperature plasma of an electric discharge.;EFFECT: invention provides for increase of a product yield and cheapening of a process.;2 cl, 2 dwg
