FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of technology of creating composite polymer materials and can be used for preventing undesirable passivation by air or components, contained in technical hydrogen-containing gases and other gaseous media, of hydride-forming alloys, intended for hydrogen storage.
