METHOD FOR DISPOSAL OF DISTILLERY DREGS TO PRODUCE CONCENTRATED FODDER PROTEIN CONTAINING NO LESS THAN 50 OF PROTEIN

FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to distillery dregs processing technology, in particular, to a method for disposal of distillery dregs of grain raw materials to produce dry grains and concentrated fodder protein. The method envisages initial distillery dregs purification, separation of purified initial distillery dregs by way of filtration on the mesh filter with mesh size equal to 0.2-0.7 mm into distillery dregs concentrate and distillery dregs filtrate. The distillery dregs concentrate is subjected to dehydration in the press-separator to produce grains and a filtrate. Grains are dried and packaged. The distillery dregs filtrate produced after initial distillery dregs separation on the mesh filter is subjected to separation in a screw centrifuge or a separator to produce concentrated fodder protein with dry substances content equal to 12-32% and liquid filtrate. The latter is delivered for dehydration in a vacuum-evaporator installation to produce a concentrate that is dried and packaged. The produced concentrated fodder protein with dry substances content equal to 12-32% is dried until the ready product moisture content is no more than 10% and packaged. Before the distillery dregs filtrate separation in the screw centrifuge one mixes the filtrate, obtained during the distillery dregs concentrate dehydration in the press-separator, with the distillery dregs filtrate.;EFFECT: invention implementation ensures the ready product quality improvement by way of fodder protein concentration increase to the level no less than 50%.
