FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the pipe clamps secured to the pipe subjected to bending to minimise fatigue of the butt weld in pipe. The pipe clamp includes internal clamp segment and external clamp segment, each of them has semi-cylindrical shape, first end and second end. The internal surface of the internal clamp segment is, in principle, smooth to ensure sliding of the external pipe surface relatively to the internal surface of the internal clamp segment. The external clamp segment has the internal surface that creates the friction element. The friction element is intended for clamping of the pipe external surface, to which the external clamp segment is secured. The clamp gear is provided to secure the internal clamp segment to the external clamp segment. Clamp options and method of the weld fatigue life increasing and bend strain decreasing are described.;EFFECT: invention improves pipe weld reliability.;32 cl, 15 dwg
