FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics and can be applied for closed intramedullary osteosynthesis in case of fractures of the proximal part of the humeral bone. Two wires are introduced into the proximal fragment of the humeral bone in the anteroposterior direction parallel to the glenoid plane - one in the area of the lower medial pole of the head, the second - in the area of the upper lateral pole, and one wire is introduced into the distal fragment in the frontal plane at the level of the humeral bone condyles, with the proximal wires being fastened by means of brackets on a semi-ring, on which telescopic rods are fixed, with the distal wire being fixed on the ring. By holding the semi-ring, the humeral bone is given the position parallel to the telescopic rods, which are connected with the ring, stretching on the axis of the humeral bone is created by means of the telescopic rods. The extremity is given the position parallel to the body, the intramedullary rod is introduced and blocked, after which the ring and the semi-ring are demounted and the wires, applied for the reposition, are removed.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve reposition precision.;11 dwg
