FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: epoxy compound is obtained by mixing epoxy resin (E-40), a product of condensation of epichlorohydrin with diphenylol propane in an alkaline medium with content of epoxy groups of 13-15% in amount of 40-44 wt % with dioctyl phthalate 17-20 wt %, filled with 32-35 wt % dry-ground, mechanically treated mica-muscovite with particle size of less than 5 mcm with abrasive fine iron powder with particle size of less than 50 mcm, taken in ratio of 1:0.8-1.3, respectively, hardened polyethylene polyamine 4.6-6.5 wt %.
