FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: design of barrier is proposed, which acts as a noise-attenuating screen for railway or a barrier preventing passage, and comprising at least several barrier elements placed in series end to end relative to each other. Barrier elements are connected hingedly with the help of sections available at their lower edges and serving to tilt elements of the barrier down from the vertical position.
