FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: enzyme is coated with an internal envelope of a polycation and an external envelope of a polyanion, where the polycation used is protamine or polyarginine, the polyanion used is a block-copolymer of poly(glutamic acid) and polyethylene glycol, wherein the nanoparticle has a hydrodynamic diameter in the range of 40-70 nm.
