METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF QUANTITY AND SIZE OF GROUP LYMPHOID FOLLICLES OF SMALL INTESTINES IN MICE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: determining the number and size of group lymphoid follicles of small intestine is ensured by contrast enhancement of the small intestine. A contrast-enhancing agent is liquid ink. Liquid ink is introduced intragastrically into laboratory mice in an amount of 0.04-0.06 ml per 1 g of body weight with atropine sulphate in an amount of 0.005-0.01 mg. The number and size of Payer's patches are determined 65-75 minutes later during an autopsy.;EFFECT: method provides more accurate determination of group lymphoid follicles with no gross changes of the organ structure and applicability for further histological study.;11 dwg, 8 tbl
