The measuring arrangement and method for the determination of the heat transmission and of the reduction factor from impinging on a heat radiation comprises (seite1) and the radiating heat to the other comprises (seite2) under the influences– the thermal reflection, the heating of the surface and equally radiation of heat to seite1,– the heating of the material during the heat transfer from seite1 to seite2 and– consequently, the heat radiation as a consequence of higher temperature to seite2 consisting ofa) a continuously adjustable, but remains warm constant and uniform, flat, horizontal heat source, which, therefore, as well as only emits radiant heat,b) a further parallel, planar, to heat transfer and - radiation sample to be examined,c) a light, stable, very good heat radiation reflecting casing with a free air gap (a) and b) in order to avoid disturbing air movements from the surrounding test space with the possibility for locking or punctual suspension of the material sample,d) measurement techniques for measuring and storing of the temperature data and the heat distribution on the heat source and the material sample,the make it possible, after reaching of a respective constant temperature condition of the heat source and is delayed in time of the material sample to determine the temperature differences, from which functional relationships and can be fit, in order then, by means of the physical laws of stefan boltzmann and max and planck the radiative radiation power as well as the time delay of the heat transmission to calculate and the total reduction of the heat flux acting to determine.
