Device for compensating for position inaccuracies between two joining partners along an axis, the device being attached to a positioning device which serves to position the first joining partner relative to the second joining partner (), and the device has a flange element, a receiving element and at least one restoring element, wherein the flange element has first fastening means for fastening the flange element to the positioning device and the receiving element has second fastening means for fastening the first joining partner to the receiving element, and wherein the receiving element is resiliently mounted on the flange element by means of the at least one restoring element and can be deflected along the axis.
