Provided is a coating layer of a graphene oxide-ceramic hybrid material formed of a sol solution of a graphene-oxide-ceramic hybrid material containing graphene oxide (GO) and a sol of a ceramic material, and a method for producing the coating layer. The content of graphene oxide in the graphene oxide-ceramic hybrid material coating layer is about 0.002 to about 3.0% by weight based on the total weight of the graphene oxide-ceramic hybrid material coating layer.
