A method, a computer product and a computer system for minimizing of information content data comprising: reading and identifying characteristics of a genetic sequence of an organism in the case of a source; receiving a rank input of at least two identified characteristics of the genetic sequence of the organism; generating a hierarchy rank an ordered, of the identified characteristics on the basis of the ranks of the at least two identified characteristics of the genetic sequence of the organism; comparing the hierarchy rank an ordered, of the identified characteristics with a deviation from reference genomes; and if at least one reference genome of the deviation of the hierarchy rank an ordered, corresponds to the identified characteristics, comparing of nucleotides of the genetic sequence of the organism with nucleotides from the at least one corresponding reference genome, in order to obtain information content and differences to generate data.
