The invention relates to a method for signal - and data evaluation for determining notification signals for pathological states by means of an evaluation device, comprising the steps of:– Detection of measurement data of a patient data management system by means of a data interface of the evaluation device,– Representation of at least a part of the measurement data can be coupled to the evaluation device by means of a display of a user terminal with,– Evaluation of a first data set of the measurement data, wherein the first data record for a first pathological state is relevant,– Determining a first auxiliary signal for the first state, when a result of the evaluation of the first data set is positive,– Evaluation of a sensor signal of the user terminal with, if the first auxiliary signal was determined beforehand, and the sensor signal for a second pathological state is relevant,– Determining a second auxiliary signal for the second state, when a result of the evaluation of the sensor signal is positive,– Evaluating a second data set of the measurement data, when the second auxiliary signal was determined beforehand, wherein the second data set for a third pathological state relevant and different from the first data set is,– Determining a third auxiliary signal for a third state, when a result of the evaluation of the second data set is positive, – display of the respectively last determined by means of the auxiliary signal can be coupled to the evaluation device display of a user terminal with,– Evaluation of a third data record of the measurement data, if the first auxiliary signal was determined beforehand, wherein the third data set for a fourth pathological state relevant and different from the first data set is,– Determining a fourth auxiliary signal for the fourth state, when a result of the evaluation of the third dataset is positive,– Evaluating the sensor signal of the user terminal with when the fourth auxiliary signal previously was determined and– Determining the third auxiliary signal for the third state, when a result of the evaluation of the sensor signal is positive, and the fourth auxiliary signal was determined beforehand.
