With the inclusion of the traffic situation it thus acts as an instrument for the determination of the efficient time for a change.The solution of the problem is effected in such a way that the navigation device, in addition to the actual route calculation for the auto a parallel route calculation is carried out for an alternative means of transportation, this second route as a function of the distance already covered updated, according to routes preferences, adjusts in time and visually or acoustically, when with the change of the transport means is a gain in time. With this combined use of two different transport can be provided with the inclusion of the current traffic situation — the target part be achieved much more quickly.
