[Problem to be Solved] To prevent a tool box used in a wheel part of a spare wheel from rotating and moving due to vibrations and the like while driving the vehicle, and to prevent the tool box produces unusual noise by coming into contact with the wheel part of the spare wheel or other peripheral components without the need to provide a separate tool box-holding structure. [Solution] In a structure for fixing a wheel part 4a of a spare wheel 4 on the side of a vehicle body with a fixing member 10 for accommodating a tool box 7 in the wheel part 4a and for restricting a rotational direction position of the accommodated tool box 7: a gripping part 14, which is used for gripping the fastening element 10, is fastened to a head part 12 of the fastening element 10; the handle part 14 is provided with a part 14a in the form of a flat plate which has a plane along a direction orthogonal to a central axis in the direction of rotation of the fastening element 10 to be fastened; and grooves 15 adapted to fit over the part 14a in the form of a flat plate are provided in a bottom surface 8a of a box body 8 of the tool box 7.
